  • My cozy office is in the hear of Kitsilano right on West 4th Avenue.

  • After you book an online session on the schedule, the system will send you a video link 30 min before the appointment.

  • Yes! In person sessions can be booked directly on the schedule.

  • Standard 50 min session fee is $149+GST. Longer session fees are prorated and listed on the booking page.

  • We will comfortably start getting to know each other and discuss what you want to achieve from our work as well as the challenges you are experiencing now. We might do some grounding strategies together as well and I will briefly discuss informed consent to highlight confidentiality and risk & benefits of therapy. Feel free to bring in questions too!

  • This is ultimately up to you! I check in after every session to see how it felt for you and if you need something we are not addressing yet. We collaboratively review your progress every few sessions and I am curious to hear what successes & challenges to notice in between our appointments. Clients typically start sessions on a weekly basis or every other week and we discuss decreasing frequency once improvements become noticeable.
